We know what it's like to be out on the road without internet access and still needing a way to update your site. We also know how important it is to have your site up and running all the time, so your fans have a place to find out where your next gig is, how to order your CD, and what you're working on next!
We offer 7-day a week support, by phone and by email.
We are real people, offering real hands-on, above-and-beyond support. Our small staff is accessible, friendly, knowledgeable, and most importantly: available. You'll learn our names and we'll learn yours. And, if you play in Portland, Oregon, we have even been known to come to shows.
What We Do Differently:
- Phone Support: No trouble tickets, no confusing voicemail system, no outsourcing -- we are available by phone here in our Portland, OR office to answer your calls if you need us. Email is usually faster, but you can always call!
- Quick Email Turnaround: No 48 hour wait times for emails. We'll get back to you the same day you write, often within an hour!
- We'll Move Your Site For You: Have a pre-existing site you want to move over? Not sure how to handle that dynamic stuff like forms and databases and such? Don't worry. Just send us the info and we'll go fetch, test, and get you up and running on our servers!
- Little Updates? No Worries!: Your web designer on vacation or gone incommunicado? Don't worry about it. We're available to make small, quick updates to your site. If it'll only take a few minutes, feel free to ask! Bigger jobs can sometimes be negotiated at a reasonable hourly rate. We'll let you know if we can take it on when you ask.
